The Canadian Druze Society of Ontario would like to extend its deepest condolences to the family of Nadia Sami El Dib, niece of Ottawa’s Samir El Dib. We have received the following email from the Calgary Chapter in memory of Nadia, who was taken far too soon.
Our community has been shocked by the passing of a young woman which is a daughter to each and every one of us, Nadia Sami El Dib.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her immediate family as she leaves behind her beloved Mother Joumana, Father Sami, and Sisters Sally, Racha and Jenna and our community as a whole.
Nadia’s passing has hit all of us in an unexplainable way that has affected each and every one of us. In an act of solidarity and unity as a community, we ask all to extend any help to her family to assist them in dealing with their loss. It is only admirable that we start a monetary fund to give to the family.
