We hope this message finds you well. Since 1941, Beit Al Yateem has been a shelter of hope and support for countless children. Today, we are thrilled to share the beginning of a new chapter in our journey—one that marks a significant transformation for our cherished institution.
We are excited to announce the appointment of a new management team, committed to leading Beit Al Yateem into a future filled with promise. With a fresh vision and unwavering dedication, this team is poised to elevate every aspect of our work, ensuring the best outcomes for the children we serve. Their expertise and passion for our mission will be instrumental in shaping the future of our orphanage.
This transformation, based on a lifetime of dedicated service to our orphanage, has emerged through navigating numerous challenges and profound growth. Last year’s incident that took place as you all know, has been under the judiciary system, solved, and implemented; thus, proving our resilience and commitment. This challenging period has catalyzed a significant shift for our foundation. In response, we have developed a comprehensive plan to enhance our human capital and introduce new leadership, focusing on robust accountability and proactive measures. By prioritizing corrective and preventive actions, we aim at fortifying our foundation’s integrity and continuing our mission with renewed vigor and unwavering dedication.
This transformation goes beyond mere changes to our facilities or programs. It’s about reaffirming our mission and embracing the future with renewed energy and purpose. We are currently implementing a variety of projects where our children are the focal point of our attention. In addition, several projects are in the pipeline while others are being delivered such as:
• Playground Rehabilitation: Revitalizing play areas to foster joyful and healthy development.
• Boarding/Dormitory Redesign: Creating more comfortable and nurturing living spaces.
• School Renovation: Optimize classrooms hygiene factors with full renovation and introduce modern equipment including projectors in every class.
Your role in this journey is crucial. The support and involvement of our community have always been the backbone of Beit Al Yateem. As we step into this new era, your continued engagement will be vital in shaping the future of our institution. Together, we can ensure that the legacy of compassion and support that began in 1941 continues to thrive and adapt to the needs of today’s world.
