Women Empowerment

Building Confidence, Leadership & Community

The Women Empowerment Initiative at the Canadian Druze Society (CDS) provides women of all ages with meaningful opportunities for leadership, wellness, and personal development. Our programs are designed to promote confidence, skills-building, and social connection in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Through workshops, mentorship circles, entrepreneurship sessions, wellness activities, and community events, including International Women’s Day celebrations, participants gain practical tools for personal and professional growth. These initiatives encourage greater participation in community life and support economic and social inclusion.

CDS is committed to advancing gender equity and creating accessible pathways for women to lead, contribute, and thrive within the broader community.
