How do I register for the convention?
Register on the Convention page. Choose your ticket type, fill in attendee info, and complete payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
Where do I check in?
At the Registration Desk in the host hotel lobby. Bring a photo ID and your confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the event?
On-site registration may be available if capacity allows, but online pre-registration is strongly recommended.

Where is the event being held?
All main events take place at the designated host hotel. Check the Convention page or your email for address and directions.
Is there a hotel discount?
Yes—a special CDS group rate is available through our booking link until the room block is full.
Is parking available?
Yes, on-site paid parking is available. Rates vary by hotel.
Schedule & Activities
When does the convention start and end?
Events begin Thursday evening and wrap up Monday morning with breakfast and farewells.
What types of activities are planned?
Each day includes meals, group trips, age-based activities, and special dinners like Heritage Night and the Gala.
Is there free time?
Yes—subcommittees organize free-time activities for different age groups throughout the weekend.
Meals & Dietary Needs
Which meals are included?
Breakfast is served Friday–Monday, plus Heritage Night Dinner (Friday) and Gala Dinner (Saturday).
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. List any restrictions during registration or contact us before the event so we can notify the caterers.
