    Rental Policies

    • Capacity: Up to 200 people
    • End Time: Events must end by 1:00 AM
    • Music Cutoff: By-law requires music to stop at midnight

    Payments & Deposits

    • 50% deposit to reserve your date (non-refundable)
    • Full balance due by event day
    • Security Deposit required (refundable if no damage)
