Our mandate is to promote Druze culture and Canadian Druze heritage. The CDS offers a broad spectrum of Druze traditional and contemporary cultural programs, conventions, performances, film screenings, art exhibitions and other experiences for its thousands of members and hundreds of annual visitors. The CDS heritage programming recognizes the sacrifices and accomplishments of the Canadian Druze community and contributes to the evolving Druze experience in Canada. The lessons of cultural acceptance implicit in the story of the Canadian Druze community are as relevant today as ever. The CDS is a registered charitable, not-for-profit organization.
