CDS Election Update

Dear brothers and sisters…

This year in order to give everyone a chance to run for the CDS election that is going to take place on Sunday December 05,2021 and due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its guides and restrictions the CDS board of directors has extended the date for paying your membership dues from September 05,2021 to October 15,2021.

.01 Members who intend to run for elections will send their names to the Board so that the Board will have it at least one month before the election day (on or before November 05,2021) by registered mail or email using the email address of the CDS ( cds@rogers.com (mailto:cds@rogers.com) ). The Board will check the qualification of the candidate as per the By-Laws, and will confirm the receipt of the request by registered mail or by reply email within 48 hours.
.02 The Board will send the names of the candidates to the Election Committee.

Please keep in mind that the CDS is always seeking and welcoming enthusiastic persons that have the willingness and time to serve our community.

NOTE: TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RUN FOR ELECTION MEMBERS SHOULD HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP DUES PAID ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 15,2021.. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE, MEMBERS SHOULD HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP DUES PAID 10 DAYS BEFORE THE ELECTION DATE (ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 25,2021).
