Please be advised that the time of the meeting has been changed from 5pm to 2pm
The Board of Directors of the Canadian Druze Society is pleased to invite you to our Biennial General Meeting .The Meeting will take place on Sunday December 05,2021 @ 2pm at the Druze House, 898 Markham Road .
Among other things, the new board of directors will be elected at this Meeting.
As per our by-laws, the Meeting agenda will include as follows:
1. discussing the reports and the statements required at the Meeting, including,
1. Last year’s activities report; and
2. Financial report;
2. electing 7 directors to become the CDS board for 2 years;
3. renewing the period of our internal auditor or appointing a new one; and
4. the transaction of any other business properly brought before the meeting.
